Behavioral Science Specialist
Kori Propst is the human resource director of a diverse wellness corporation. She is a licensed clinical mental health counselor and is currently completing a PhD in health psychology and behavioral medicine. Kori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology and a Master of Science in community counseling.
Kori publishes many columns in health and fitness magazines, newsletters, and for websites, and is co-authoring a comprehensive nutrition book to be released this year. She is the managing editor of Alpha Magazine: The Evolution of Fitness. Propst has created the Peak of Mind blog and an integrated nutrition and mindset program titled The Mental Edge for both the general population and competitive athletes, and conducts podcasts focusing on behavior change and self-empowerment.
Kori was recently thrown out of CPR training for pinning an Adam Levine name tag on her manikin and belting out the chorus of One More Night between chest compressions and rescue breaths.
